-Transportation services to area dialysis centers: This one of a kind servuce in the area is provided by friendly and courteous staff members 6 days a week. It is comforting to know that you will arrive safely, on time and be familiar with your driver. (Please note that Northwoods at Troy only travels to dialysis centers within a certain distance).

-Bariatric care to residents in need: This relatively new service is offered by very few centers in the area. Our specialized equipment and caring staff assist residents to become more independent. Our rehabilitation staff and Dietitian assist residents in education, training and restorative services.
