As a Registered Dietitian you will be responsible for the therapeutic/clinical nutrition policies and procedures, coordinating therapeutic nutrition activities with the medical, nursing, and ancillary staff, and formulating initial nutritional assessments for residents to ensure optimal nutritional care.

Qualifications Include:

-Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science or Foods and Nutrition/Master’s level preferred.

-Registered Dietitian (R.D.) by the American Dietetic Association.

-Posses leadership ability and maintain high professional ethics and standards.

-Certification as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in the State of New York preferred.

-Long term care experience a plus
