As an RN Unit Manager within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, Northwoods at Troy, you will be responsible for the supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. You will also have the opportunity to provide quality care to adult and elderly residents while enhancing their quality of life. This is a vital position that is responsible for supervising all nursing staff, directing all medical responsibilities and performing quality assurance tasks. Qualities of leadership, integrity, initiative and communication skills are crucial to this position.
****Previous experience as a unit manager within a long term care setting is required
